The Valley of Flowers is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its endemic alpine flowers and diverse flora. Nestled in the Western Himalayas, this high-altitude valley transforms into a carpet of flowers during monsoon. The trek also includes a visit to Hemkund Sahib, one of the highest Gurudwaras in the world.
Day-wise Itinerary
Govindghat to Ghangaria
Trek from Govindghat to Ghangaria (14 km, 6-7 hrs). Ghangaria is the base for both Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib.

Trek to Valley of Flowers (4 km). Spend the day exploring the flower-carpeted valley. Return to Ghangaria.
